Our Story
More than a travel team
The Ridgeview Rattlers 12U are a competitive travel baseball team based in Ridgeview, Virginia, playing a USSSA AAA/Major schedule across Virginia, Maryland and the Shenandoah Valley, capped by a week in Cooperstown, NY.
This group has played together since 8U. At 12U the goal is simple: compete at a high level, enjoy the biggest summer of youth baseball, and leave every player ready for middle school ball and the big field. Our coaches have playing and coaching backgrounds and put development, sportsmanship and safe arm care ahead of trophies.
Since 2018, the Rattlers have grown from a group of rec-league teammates into one of the most respected young travel programs in Northern Virginia. Players who come up through the program leave with sound fundamentals, a love for the game and the confidence to compete at the next level.
