Head Coach
14 years coaching youth baseball · Played college baseball (D-II, catcher)
Coach Brennan founded the Rattlers in 2018 with a group of 8U players who are now this 12U team. He focuses on fundamentals, game IQ and building confident, coachable players. Tom lives in Ridgeview with his wife and two kids.
Assistant Coach
6 years coaching travel baseball · High school varsity shortstop
Coach Hale runs our infield defense and base running. He's known for high-energy practices and for making sure every player knows exactly what to work on next.
Pitching Coach
8 years as a pitching instructor · Former college pitcher
Coach Okafor builds pitchers the long-term way: mechanics, command and arm care before velocity. At 12U he introduces pickoff moves and pitching from the stretch, and tracks every pitch count and rest day.
Team Manager
Rattlers team manager since 2021
Jen keeps the Rattlers running: tournament registrations, hotel blocks, the Cooperstown trip, sponsor relationships and family communication. If you have a logistics question, she has the answer.
